Return & Refund Policy

At Elise Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at hello@elisewellness.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@elisewellness.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Supplements and ingestible products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you've done that and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at meredith@elisewellness.com and we'll look into it for you.
